The MyElectrica application provides a convenient way to manage your account using your smartphone or tablet.

Minimum required Android OS version: 4.4 KitKat.

With the MyElectrica mobile application, you can easily submit self-read meter readings, access your consumption history, view issued invoices and payment records, make online payments at any time and from anywhere, and find answers to your questions.

To experience the simplicity of the app, download it now to enjoy the following features:

• Login to the app using your existing customer web page credentials
• Submit self-read meter readings
• Preview issued invoices and their status
• Make online payments
• View consumption graphs and payment histories
• Locate customer relationship offices on a map
• Contact your provider by sending a message

To authenticate, simply enter the username and password you use for the customer web page. If you don't have an account, you have the option to create one directly within the app or through the www.MyElectrica.ro website.

The app may request permission to make phone calls (so you can make calls directly from the app), access your device's location (to display the nearest customer relationship office), and send notifications and alerts related to your account information.

The app will only access and process personal data provided during the setup of your supply contract.
